Fabrication & Material Control

At Fibrecraft International, the fabrication process begins with selecting high-quality yarn tailored to each client’s product specifications. Our team evaluates yarn types and fabric structures to meet the desired strength, texture, and finish. We specialize in a wide variety of fabrics, including:

  • Single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, Pique, Fleece, Slub

  • Chain Yarn, Stretch (full & alternate), Yarn-Dyed Cotton/Blends

  • Sheeting, Twill, Poplin, Flannel, and Poly-Viscose

Our strong planning and quality sourcing guarantee that each garment starts with a reliable and consistent base.

Precision Cutting & Sampling

Cutting is where precision meets craftsmanship. Every fabric batch is 100% inspected before cutting begins. With ratio-wise marking, panel numbering, and size bundling, we ensure maximum accuracy and minimal error.

Our in-house sampling and development team delivers fast, reliable prototypes — even for complex styles — ensuring timely approvals and smooth production handovers.

Trial Runs & Quality Control

Before mass production, trial runs are conducted to identify and resolve potential issues. Our stitching trials and inline inspections are essential to maintaining high standards and consistent quality.

Each garment undergoes:

  • Inline quality checks

  • 100% final inspection before packing

  • Compliance monitoring to ensure export standards are met

We don’t just produce garments — we deliver assurance with every order.
